Get ready to dive into..Get ready to dive into a world of beautiful gemstones, crystals, and seeds as you pick out beads for your very own mala necklace. Trust your gut and choose what resonates with you to make a mala that's totally unique. We'll then set intentions together and meditate to seal them into your creation.
By the end, not only will you have crafted your own special mala and infused it with your intentions, but you'll also learn about the history of malas, how to pick the gemstones which resonates most to your inner truth, find a mantra that vibes with you, and master meditation techniques with your mala.
