In this workshop we will grasp information & formulas on boosting our system (body, mind, soul) in transition to fall & winter season with the help of Ayurveda (Life Science) and Kundalini Yoga.
We will explore our dominant dosha(s) (organising principles in the body) as well as nourishing, healthy diet, lifestyle routines, Kundalini yoga & meditation to find a state of balance to promote our health in order to live a long and healthy life in authentic happiness.
